Dictation

If you are logged in as an author, SpeechReport Client will look like this.


Document screen for a consultant


You will see a number of components on the start screen:
1. Activities in the workflow: “Dictation”, “Transcription”, “SignOff” and “Completion”
This menu also contains the options “Clinical”, “Compact View” and “Viewer”
2. Work list: Here you will see an overview of your appointments. It is possible to filter and sort the list, and to modify the sequence.
3. Document/transcription window: dictated or typed texts will be shown in this screen.
4. If you have opened a document, you will see the document properties at the top right of this window.
5. Here a supervisor can be selected or adjusted.
6. Here the address book is available
7. Insert auto texts (pre-set letter, physical examination, and signature)
8. Here you can find any notes attached to the document
9. These are the buttons you can use to suspend, delete, send or finish the document.

11. Audio recorder instruction
12. Audio recorder dictation
13. Change your settings for audio, format, work list, hotkeys and input device.
14. Priority settings
15. Insert or truncate buttons: allows you to insert text or overwrite texts
