Hotkeys
Click “Hotkeys” in the control panel. Next, you will see the screen in which you can set or change the keyboard shortcuts.
Setting or changing keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys)
Certain features in SpeechReport Client can be carried out through keyboard shortcuts. Sometimes it is necessary to change a keyboard shortcut, for example because of an external application which uses the same shortcut.
Changing the assigned key can be done by clicking the field next to the description and using the desired key (combination).
If the settings have not been modified to your preferences, the keyboard shortcuts have been set as follows:
Finish current document F3
Activate instruction F7
Activate dictation F8
Toggle to / from compact view F2
Show help instructions F1
These hotkeys only apply to the keyboard shortcuts and do not change functionality of the function keys on for example a Speechmike or RecMic
