EN - SpeechReport Client - Recall

Recall

To recall a document, navigate to the recall list dialog, which shows documents that have recently been transitioned by the logged in user and are available for recall. Documents are available for recall until it’s delay has expired or until it’s been picked up by a person in the next workflow step.

Press the recall button on the lower bar as shown in above snapshot.

The recall button

The recall list dialog will appear and will list all documents that are currently available for recall.

The column configuration can be changed and will be persisted for next time. The most recent document will appear on top. Filter or sort to find your document. Select the document you wish to recall and press the ‘Recall button’ to recall the selected document. Press Cancel if you do not wish to recall a document.
The recalled document will now open directly and will be in the opened state of its previous workflow step.

Not all documents are available for recall

When a document is transitioned to the next step, it is placed there in the pooled state. This is the entry state and once opened by a user it will not return to this state automatically. Only documents that are in the pooled state, which haven’t been opened, are allowed to be recalled.

To guarantee that recalling a document does not cause conflicting situations with external applications, documents that in some form have communicated its status on the transition are not available for recall. (Delay offers flexibility in this, see 13.2).

Documents from G2 Mobile cannot be recalled.

OT documents can be recalled once they have transitioned from the transcription state.
Imported audio documents cannot be recalled.
Documents that have been finished from the workflow cannot be recalled. (Delay offers flexibility in this, see 13.2).
