Transitions
Documents created within SpeechReport follow a predefined workflow to transition from dictation to finalisation.
In the client application there is a ‘finish’ button available where the next steps in the workflow are available to choose from. Keyboard shortcuts and devices are also supported.
When the auto start next option is configured, the next document will automatically open after finishing.
The defaulted step is marked yellow and automatically triggered by pressing the finish button.
The minimised UI does not offer a worklist to open documents from however it is possible to suspend a document.
The suspended documents are available from the client application in the worklist (related to the phase it was opened or created from). Created documents are in the dictation worklist, documents opened during ‘sign off’ are suspended in the ‘sign off’ worklist.
A document which is not applicable anymore can be deleted during dictation whilst in the dictation phase. In all other activities, suspend for department is available here.
