Review
As a user, documents can be reviewed during the ‘Review’ phase.
This occurs after the transcriptionist or transcription service has finished checking them and before the sign off and completion of the document.
The Review activity is often used when junior doctors create documents which must be signed off by a supervisor. This feature is especially handy for teaching hospitals.
The review work list If you are supervising the documents for an attendant or if you are a teaching hospital, then you have a button to open the “Review” work list.
Changes can be done with the keyboard.
It is also possible to add an instruction recording or extend an existing one (see 0 Dictation for details about instructions)
