Administration application

Group boxes listed alphabetically 

In the Administration application we offer various configuration settings for users, workflows, templates, work types and more. For these configuration settings we often use a list of available items versus a list of assigned items to easily have an overview of what is available to configure and what has been assigned. 

Unfortunately, these items listed in these configuration settings are not always in alphabetical order which causes searching for an item to assign or de-assign quite a hassle especially when the list is very long. This has now been changed and ordering alphabeticaly is now possible.

Licenses assignment options

In Administration the SpeechReport licenses are listed and can be assigned to department and/or users. To handle these licenses better and make assignment to users more intuitive some changes were made. The department structure is expanded with group information and besides being resizeable, these lists are now also sorted alphabetically.The user lists are sorted alphabetically.The user lists are sorted alphabetically, so you can search for a specific user. The administrator is warned if a user needs a license which is not yet been assigned based on the user rights the specific user has
